New partnership to improve solar battery installation experience

International renewable energy company Omnidian has announced a new deal with Sigenergy to enhance solar battery support in Australia.

As part of the collaboration, Omnidian will provide a range of remote services designed to support Sigenergy’s installers and customers.

According to Omnidian, the services include real-time installer support, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting during installation to minimise downtime.

Additionally, the partnership will streamline communication and ticketing systems for customer and installer inquiries, ensuring timely responses across phone, email, and web forms.

The aim is to improve the overall service experience by offering prompt resolutions to customer queries.
