Australia, For Installers, Solar

Empowering Aussie installers

Article supplied by SOFAR Solar

The first quarter of 2026 marked a strong period of industry engagement for SOFAR Solar Australia, reinforcing its commitment to supporting installers and partners across the renewable energy sector. The company maintains that leadership extends beyond supplying hardware, focusing instead on enabling those delivering clean energy solutions on the ground.

Throughout February and March, SOFAR Solar launched its 2026 training series with hands-on sessions in Melbourne and Adelaide. Delivered in collaboration with the Solar Training Centre and Sunsavers Group, the workshops provided installers with practical insights into the SOFAR PowerAll system, demonstrating how its design supports faster, simpler and more reliable installations. By addressing real onsite challenges, the sessions were designed to build both capability and confidence among local partners.

Building skills and trust

This momentum continued through SOFAR’s partnership with the Smart Energy Council as part of the 2026 Smart Installer Roadshows. Across Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Newcastle, the team engaged directly with installers and industry stakeholders, sharing technical expertise and showcasing the PowerAll series.

With more than 60 accredited models listed with the Clean Energy Council, SOFAR used the roadshows to reinforce its position as a Smart Energy Council Premium Member, highlighting its ongoing contribution to the development of Australia’s solar industry.

Fast, local, reliable

SOFAR attributes its continued growth in Australia to its strong local presence. With more than 12 years of experience in the market and recognition as a Top Brand by EUPD Research in 2025, the company emphasises stability and long-term commitment.

This is supported by a locally focused service model designed to minimise downtime and support installer businesses:

  • 24/7 Service Standard: Response within 24 hours, with a remote resolution or replacement decision within seven days
  • Localised Support: Dedicated technical teams across five states, backed by rapid delivery from five national warehouses
  • Certified Performance: More than 60 models listed by Clean Energy Council and over 250 global patents, with the PowerAll system engineered to meet Australian standards

Looking ahead, SOFAR’s focus remains on strengthening its role as a long-term partner in Australia’s energy transition, underpinned by its ‘power on, worry off’ approach.

Installers who missed the first quarter sessions can expect ongoing monthly training opportunities across the country, as the company continues to expand its engagement with the industry.
