IER owns Exploration Licence 4416 in Victoria which contains 16.3bt of brown coal(lignite)being one of the largest undeveloped energy resources in the world. It has developed a proprietary, low carbon emission technology which can convert this low value lignite into high quality oil and upgraded coal products.
