ATMOCE, a global energy technology company, announced that its residential energy storage portfolio has officially received Clean Energy Council (CEC) certification. This milestone marks the full commercial availability of the M-ELV Battery and the M-Combiner Pro across Australia.
M-ELV Battery: The new benchmark for safety and retrofit
The ATMOCE M-ELV Battery enters the market as the world’s first alternating-current-coupled, extra low voltage storage solution. Engineered for high-efficiency performance with >90 per cent round-trip efficiency, each unit delivers 7 kilowatt-hour capacity and up to 5 kilowatt, with linearly scalable capacity and system-level power scaling. It features an industry-leading standby power consumption of just 6 watts and is backed by a comprehensive 12-year warranty.
Its technical excellence is built on two core strengths. By operating at an extra-low voltage below 30 volts direct current, the extra low voltage technology fundamentally eliminates risks of direct current arcing, battery overheating, and thermal runaway, allowing the battery to be handled safely during normal operation. At the same time, its alternating-curent-coupled architecture ensures seamless integration with any third-party photovolatic system, making it the premier choice for retrofit installations without significant system modifications to the existing solar setup.
Smart Energy Management: A seamlessly unified hardware-software ecosystem
The ATMOCE M-Combiner Pro elegantly fuses the combiner and backup box into a single, streamlined unit, ensuring fast installation while delivering seamless backup switching during outages for both single-phase and three-phase systems. Paired with the ATMOCE Cloud and ATMOZEN App, it delivers real-time monitoring, predictive diagnostics, artificial intelligence load optimisation, and virtual power plant participation – slashing operations and maintenance costs and total cost of ownership through effortless, intelligent control.
Global innovation meets local reliability
Founded in Europe and now rapidly expanding across Oceania, Atmoce synergise global innovation with localised operational excellence. The company has established a robust ecosystem in the region, supported by a comprehensive distribution network, proven project successes, and a dedicated on-ground service team to ensure long-term partner support.
“Securing CEC certification is not merely a regulatory milestone; it’s a testament to our commitment to the Australian community and the nation’s clean energy future,” said Giorgio Chen, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Atmoce.
“By working hand-in-hand with local partners and installers, we’re proud to empower every Australian household and accelerate Australia’s journey toward a resilient, fully renewable-powered and energy-independent nation.”
