All-Energy: Australia’s largest clean energy event is coming to Melbourne

The renewable energy industry will come together when more than 10,500 visitors walk through the doors at the All-Energy Australia exhibition and conference in Melbourne in October.

Across two days in October, around 10,500 people will attend the 2022 All-Energy Australia exhibition and conference in Melbourne to experience the nation’s largest clean energy event.

The free-to-attend event will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 26-27 October, 2022, and is highly anticipated across the clean energy and energy storage sectors. As Australia’s widespread transition to renewable energy gathers pace, big industry exhibitions such as All-Energy Australia are important events for professionals to come together to learn and share industry knowledge.

As Australia’s largest all-encompassing clean energy event, the expo floor will feature more than 290 leading companies displaying their products and services, showcasing new and evolving technologies.

Organised by RX Global in partnership with the Clean Energy Council, All-Energy Australia will also feature a dedicated Energy Management Zone with a theatre hosting sessions on sustainable solutions, energy management, and innovative energy management technologies and services across a range of industries including agriculture; food and beverage manufacturing; metals and other materials manufacturing; residential and commercial buildings; and government operations.

“Our industry stands ready to electrify Australia and establish our nation as a global clean energy superpower,” says Clean Energy Council chief executive Kane Thornton. “We are on our way into the electric age – an age where Australia can be proud and powerful. It’s an incredible time of change and opportunity for our industry. All-Energy brings us together.”

Also offered at the event is the Clean Energy Council’s Solar Masterclass Series, a one-stop shop for solar installers to get expert advice on the big design and installation issues facing the industry. Attendance is free and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points are available for eligible installers.

RX Global has confirmed the key topics covered at All-Energy Australia include grid-scale energy, digitisation, community and local energy, hydrogen, electric vehicles, decarbonisation, First Nations energy, long-duration storage, bioenergy, future grid, offshore wind energy, power purchase agreements, energy management and distributed energy resources.

Among the 200 expert speakers across 10 stages will be Penelope Howarth, from the Climate Change Branch of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade; Grace Young, chief innovation officer at Wattwatchers; Greg Hannan, head of network strategy and non-network solutions at CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy; and Helen Rowe, transport program manager for the Climateworks Centre.

“The 2022 All-Energy Australia event takes place at a crucial time in our country when Australia’s clean energy transition is more important than ever,” says Robby Clark, portfolio director at All-Energy Australia. “It provides a platform for the industry to connect visitors with leading suppliers on our exhibition floor and drive conversations about the future of renewables at our multi-stream conference.”

EcoGeneration will also be in attendance with a stand on the expo floor so feel free to come say hello and meet the team.

Registrations for All-Energy Australia are open at all-energy.com.au. The exhibition and conference is co-located with the Waste Expo Australia event, forming the nation’s largest gathering for waste and recycling management, clean and renewable energy and energy storage.
