The Sustainable Energy Association (SEA) said that Professor Wills is to become a partner at government relations advisory firm Smith&Duda Consulting.
Mr Wills has also accepted an invitation from the Board to become an SEA Board member.
SEA Chair Greg Denton said “Ray has also agreed to continue as SEA’s media spokesperson and to provide other external representation on behalf of SEA for as long as needed in the transition to a new CEO.”
“I’m pleased to be able to contribute significantly to SEA while taking up my new role as a Partner at Smith&Duda providing specialist government and business relations advice to clients – with my position having the flexibility to work with and provide pro-bono advice back to SEA,” said Professor Wills.

The SEA Board will now commence the process of finding a new Chief Executive for the organisation.
