Following successful workshops at the end of last year, a series of workshops are planned for 2010.
The goals of the workshops are to:
- Encourage those individuals and companies that are keen to install high quality photovoltaic (PV) systems
- Familiarise attendees with the SCHOTT Solar product range and its manufacturing techniques
- Assist attendees with tips for successful sales negotiations, customer relations and after sales service.
SCHOTT Solar conducts these workshops nationally, together with its Australian sales partners.

One such sales partner is the Melbourne- based renewable energy supplier Going Solar, who has a long history of designing, supplying, installing and commissioning quality PV systems. This has been recognised by Going Solar winning six key industry awards using the SCHOTT Solar products over the past four years.
“Results like these have encouraged us to internationalise our proven German-based workshop programs and introduce them in Australia,” said Board member Michael Harre, Chief Sales Officer for SCHOTT Solar.
