REEEP is holding a Passive House Round Table panel discussion alongside the eeGlobal conference where many of the world’s key players in the energy efficiency sector will meet in Paris at the end of April 2009.
A recent McKinsey & Company report, Pathways to a low-carbon economy, highlighted the importance of energy efficiency as a major lever for achieving greenhouse gas emission reductions; in particular the moving of houses toward a passive standard.
The Round Table will take advantage of the eeGlobal setting to bring together an interesting range of stakeholders to discuss passive house design and technology, the key barriers to its wider adoption, and how its take-up might be accelerated.
