The Mt Gellibrand Wind Farm will have the capacity to produce 189 megawatts of electricity each year and is expected to meet the energy needs of approximately 88,000 Victorian households annually.

Brett Wickham, ACCIONA Energy’s Director of Generation, said, “We are very pleased to announce that ACCIONA’s Development Plan for the Mt Gellibrand Wind Farm has been endorsed by the Department of Planning and Community Development enabling the project to now proceed to construction.”
