Presently, Trina Solar has received more than 150 patents for technical innovations.
Trina Solar recently opened the Trina Solar Center for Excellence, which includes a broad range of product quality control tests and procedures, such as product certification processes, material reliability and evaluation tests and research facilities. The Centre is equipped with advanced testing equipment similar to those in internationally-recognised, independent testing centres.
Through such high testing standards, Trina Solar is able to ensure that all of their solar PV modules have a 25 year output warranty.
